What you will do

• Assist in the development and execution of various design projects, including print and digital assets such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and website visuals.
• Collaborate with the senior designers and project managers to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
• Create design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the desired message and evoke the desired emotions.
• Contribute to the refinement and improvement of existing design materials and templates.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
• Maintain organized design files and assets, ensuring easy accessibility and smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a graphic designer or related role, either through professional work or internships.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing project requirements and deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. (Not mandatory but a plus)
