What you will do

• Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to understand their vision, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Utilize various photography techniques, lighting setups, and composition principles to create unique and impactful images.
• Maintain and organize photography equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and availability when needed.
• Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to enhance their quality and aesthetic appeal.
• Manage and deliver projects within specified timelines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and equipment in the photography industry, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the team.
• Manage and maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Proven work experience (2-4 years) as a Photographer, either in a professional capacity or through freelance projects.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in using professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.
• Advanced knowledge of post-production editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of various photography genres, such as portrait, landscape, product, event, or fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, models, and the creative team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing unique perspectives and moments.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field. Not required but helpful.
