We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our creative agency. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of creative projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, copywriters, and clients, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work that exceeds client expectations. This is a pivotal role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and expectations, ensuring alignment with the agency’s capabilities and resources.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, establishing clear project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task assignments, dependencies, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and client reviews, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
  • Proactively manage project scope, ensuring adherence to project requirements and managing client expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for project-related communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within project management practices.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience (4-6 years) as a Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver their best work.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and resolve conflicts.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for task management, resource allocation, and project tracking.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
