We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our creative agency. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies. You will lead the sales team, establish strong relationships with clients, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional sales acumen, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the creative industry.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, proactively prospect and generate leads, and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for sales-related communication and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, project managers, and other internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while protecting the agency’s interests.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand the client base.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience (5+ years) as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the creative industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative industry, including advertising, marketing, design, or related fields.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, identify client needs, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and sales reporting.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training in sales or business development is a plus.
